On the way to the airport it was about half hour between arriving at the Hotel bus stop and the bus actually setting off, First when the bus came the driver said he was going for a break - another driver soon. When he came he did not go off straight away but kept glancing at the reception area. Only after I pointedly asked him about departure as my flight time was getting close did he depart. Then he used a country route to get to the airport not the faster main road! Returning to the Hotel from the Airport was good however,

Hi Keith, The bus is scheduled to run every 20 mins so you shouldn't have had to ask the driver to go as you had been waiting 30 minutes. With regard to the route, the drivers go the best routes depending on the time of day and traffic that is on the roads. As they do this everyday, it is normally the best option. I will contact the car park to advise of the extra 10 minutes you were waiting. Best regards.
