Cork airport is about 4 miles from Cork City centre and is located south west of it on the Kinsale Rd. When flying from here, there are a number of different parking options at Cork Airport and the surrounding area. The official long term car park is probably the best well known, but not necessarily the best option. There are a number of other parking providers who offer cheaper alternatives to the official car park run by the DAA.
Just across the Kinsale road, opposite the entrance into Cork Airport, Thrifty Airport Parking is located right beside the airport roundabout. Then 30 seconds further in to the business park is Cork Airport View Parking. Both these options are under €5 per day, the later costing €4.80 per day. Airport Shuttle transfer are offered by both operators and when parking there you will be brought across to the airport terminal building with minutes of your arrival. If the opening and closing times for this airport parking is not suitable, there is a 24 hour option offered by Cork International Airport Hotel and is even closer than the 2 previously mentioned car parks. It is recommended you book early in advance for all these options as the carparks fill up quickly due to their competitive pricing.

This is more expensive as a driver meets you at the airport and brings your car to the secure car park while you continue on your journey and checking in. It is especially good for a large family, who don’t need the fuss of having to unload and reload into a shuttle bus, or disabled drivers.
